  4. Packages are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. A limited number of packages are available. Once all allocations have been filled, the offer will no longer be available.
  6. Concert tickets to the bai Hotel Cebu Premiere Suite in the arena will be issued exclusively at the hotel upon check-in and completion of the required verification process.

  8. The package inclusions are valid only during the registered stay dates and cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or transferred.
  9. Scheduled round-trip transfers to and from the concert venue will be provided at designated departure venue and times for all package guests. The departure time from the hotel will be advised prior to the event and is expected to be approximately two (2) hours before the show. Guests who choose to travel to or from the concert venue independently may do so at their own expense.
  10. No bringing of outside food and drinks. A designated concert cafe for all concert suite guests is available at their own expense.
  11. bai Hotel Cebu reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this promotion without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
